I wish to spend a moment here to commend Cheyenne Chen for having done an outstanding job in helping me to purchase a home. Cheyenne possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent broker: she knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. In my particular case, there were some tough issues to argue with seller, and in every instance, Cheyenne was a great help. Cheyenne also provided excellent after-closing service in my case. When I moved in, a new leak was found and the seller refused to repair it. Cheyenne did a lot communication work and provided some efficiency suggestions to solve the problem.
